Personal Statement
My collegiate goals include majoring in architecture as a residential architect. I like working with my hands and seeing a finished product. I have tinkered in the shop with my dad, and I really like seeing the inner workings of things. By experiencing this it has become a direction in how buildings come together, to create, recreate, and design using different materials and the why.
I think I would be a great candidate for their basketball team because I work hard and I am coachable. I desire to improve and value the correction, the investment, and time given to improve me so I can help the team even more.
What makes me different from others is that I have a foundation of faith that drives me forward and has been the thing that creates my confidence in the talents I have been given. I believe my faith has caused me to steward it in a way that sees it as a gift that can grow through consistency. My drive helps me in school and basketball, in fact it has given me the opportunity to train in each position on the court. I am grateful that I pick up on things very easy, which allows for versatility. I study hard, I train hard, I work hard, I play hard, I enjoy my life and the support of those around me.
