Personal Statement

I want to reach my full potential in everything I do, and will do anything do fulfill that statement. I challenge myself in school by taking advanced classes and always give 110% when it comes to doing my work; that goes for academics and athletics. What separates me apart from most recruits is that I feel that for my size I am above the majority of recruits when it comes to ball handling and playing outside of my position (forward, center). My goal is to reach the highest level of basketball that I can. In high school I played the center because of my height, but since coming to Big Bend Community College (JUCO) I have been able to play more out on the perimeter and showcase my other skils as well as improve upon them. I feel that I am ready to play at the next level up and will work harder than anyone who challenges me reaching my goal of playing D1 mens collegiate basketball.
