Personal Statement

First of all, I aspire to be the best version of me that I can be. This means I am always fastidious and attentive when being giving advice or information on how to advance and improve my skills. Additionally, I've participated in many sports, including 13 years of gymnastics, but diving practice is always my favorite part of the day. I'm always excited to learn, improve, and to jump off of that diving board and fly into the water. Lastly, I dive because it is what brings me joy and at the end of the day I am just there to have fun; when I come to the end of a competition I am more disappointed with myself if I didn't give it my all and have fun, rather than if I won.
