My name is Alex Nekich, I am currently finishing my grade 12 year at Catholic Central High School in Lethbridge Alberta. For me, as a student-athlete, I am looking forward to hearing from post-secondary schools that are looking for a 2022 golfer either for the spring semester, or the next fall semester in 2022. Currently, with Covid-19 shutting down many tournaments and making golf extremely hard I am looking to take a year off or even half the year to be able to work on my game and make sure that I am not only athletically ready for school but also academically ready for school. What I can bring to any program and school are hard work and pure dedication, I look forward to talking to coaches in the future and find the best fit for me to pursue my academic and athletic dreams of playing post-secondary golf in the United States.

- Made cut in tournament out of 120 players. Also went on to shoot 83-67-85 round two was cut to 17 holes and an altered course due to weather but it added up to 2 over for that day. Overall not a great event but to make cut and too see a round of 2 over is huge for my confidence going into other events coming soon
