My name is Clark Robinson and I am 6' 3" and I weigh 165 pounds. In my high school career I received three 1st team All-Conference awards, three 1st team All-State awards and one All-New England award. After high school, we decided that I would do a post graduate year. I am now at IMG Academies in the golf program. I have improved a lot during the course of this year and I intend to become great. I had a major breakthrough when I won my first tournament in my career back in late October. I have had many good tournament scores including a T-2 at LPGA National, 2nd at Laural Oak and my win at the Preserve golf club. The first ones were apart of the IMG Junior Golf Tour and the win was apart of the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour.
I am currently taking courses from USF while attending the golf program. I will recieve credits that will transfer into a school next year which means I will have a more managable workload as a freshman. I will also be a year older than any freshman due to my post graduate year. I believe that it will be much easier to settle into a school when I will have already lived away from home for a year prior to college. I realize that I did not do well in school throughout high school and that was because I was still immature. I realize now that school is very important and I am trying much harder in my current classes. I am looking for a good school with a great golf team that plays consistantly well. I am open to all offers at the moment.
