My name is Campbell and I love all sports. I started playing organized sports when I was 4 playing T ball and then over the years switched to soccer, AAU basketball, and finally golf. I have been playing golf for a while but only became serious a few years ago and played in my first tournament in October 2016. Since then that's all I have been doing is playing and practicing every day I can. I live on the 3rd hole at Magnolia Point CC so I can play anytime I'm not cleaning my room or doing homework. I won my first tournament in July 2017, 9 months after I started playing in competitive events and then my 2nd at the Slammer and the Squire, home to the World Golf Hall of Fame. Since then I have competed in a lot of tournaments and in the North Florida Junior Tour. I have played in 16 tournaments, finished top 5 in 12, and won 9. My current GHIN handicap is .+018 and continues to improve. I now play on the Florida Junior Tour and AJGA tour. I was the 2018 player of the year for the NFJG tour as well as 6 other awards including the lowest average score (73.2) and the Jack Nicklaus award voted on by my peers for exemplifying etiquette and sportsmanship on the course. I have 2 brothers so I am very competitive being that I am the youngest.
I am a supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness through my Mom's foundation called Megan's Dream. I lost her to this disease in 2008 and want to do my part in making everyone know it affects woman at all ages and the entire family. I am a sophomore at Florida Virtual and my #1 goal even ahead of golf is to improve my grades and be an honor roll student like my older brothers. I look forward to improving at everything in life and be the best I can be...Cam
