Personal Statement

My biggest goal for college is to enroll in a prestigious school where I study a Business/Finance curriculum while continuing my golfing career.  The game of golf has taught me much about patience, dealing with adversity, celebrating achievements and learning from opportunities presented both on and off the golf course.  I want to continue to learn and grow as a golfer and young adult.  I have found that the most important aspects of golf are contributing to each other as a team, growing as a teammate and bringing the most from myself and my teammates.

My team-oriented approach and work ethic are demonstrated in the work I put into practicing, and dedication to both my golf and academic achievements.  Currently, I am ranked 115 out of 578 in my high school class.  I have taken numerous honors classes throughout my 3 years in high school.

During my freshman year, I received co-MVP on my high school team and won sectionals individually with an even par 71.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
