September 2020Personal Statement
I have been an athlete my entire life, playing varsity baseball and basketball the last three years and just recently began playing golf (a year and a half ago). Since playing golf the last year and just recently starting to play it competitively , my game has improved, scoring in the mid to upper 80s.
I have always been a great student, I currently have a 3.95 GPA this includes my advanced placement classes. I have been working hard on improving my game, including taking lessons from a D1- college coach. I am a competitive driven individual and am committed to improving my game. The more I practice, play and compete the more I learn and am driven to play at the next level. I have a personal goal to consistently score in the low 80's by the spring of 2021.
I am an individual that is very coachable, a hard worker, team player and committed to improving. These qualities and many others would make me a great addition to a college level golf team.
