Matthew Mowry '19 Recruiting Profile

I have been golfing since I was five to six years old. I grew up with 3 brothers, 2 of which played golf, so I learned to be competitive and which over time has made me want to play at the collegiate level. I am a 3 sport athlete. I play football and basketball as well as golf. I am on varsity in basketball and JV/Varsity in football.

I know a lot about golf. I am a well know kid around the clubhouse that gets a lot of questions on how to help other people. I help with the First Tee and consider myself one of the leaders on our high school golf team. I am a very hard worker who will stay out on the course and if there is a problem in my swing, I will stay until I figure it out.

At school, I am a hard worker who works to maintain a high GPA. I work to make the school a better place.I want to attend a college where I can push myself in the classroom and on the golf course. I will be willing to go anywhere if it is a fit to be but also my family too.
