Shea Sharkey '13 Recruiting Profile

My name is Shea Sharkey and I am a very driven seventeen year old senior high school student that works hard in golf and academics. This year, I came in 8th on the Kentucky Junior Pepsi Tour winning 3 of 6 the tournaments I played in. I also won the Tot Walden men's tournament in Paducah Kentucky shooting a 73-66 beating out 206 men. I want to be the best that I can be and I work hard to accomplish my goals. I am a 3.86 GPA student with an ACT of 25, which works hard in academics to better myself in life. I have taken college public speaking and college algebra 150 in my junior year of high school and I am three years above my required math class. My golfing career began as a young child at the age of five and has chosen a path to play golf and would love to play at the college level.
