March 2012Personal Statement
During the last few years, my dream has been to obtain my PGA Tour Card. I don’t know when that will be, but I do know that if I pull everything out of me and persevere through the journey that I will be successful. I recently watched a Youtube video about success, and the man in it said, “When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful.” This video has definitely motivated me to use my abilities in order to get to my dream. NCSA has also motivated me to stay focused on my ultimate goal. Their motto, “Commit, succeed, lead,” says it all, and I thank them for that.
I am also aware that college golf will, without a doubt, help me to reach my dream. Not only will I be able to work on my game and be with my team, but I will have the opportunity to get an excellent education for my life in the future, as well. No matter what college I play for, I will be thankful for the chance to play college golf and be one step closer to the PGA tour.
