Golf has been my passion since age 8. My strengths are being extremely coachable, determined, disciplined and strategic. For my two high school seasons, I medaled in 12 tournaments and qualified for Sectionals and State both years. I have the ability to shape the ball both directions down to the lob wedge. I continuously study and practice the game from various distances on every hole. Something I would like to improve upon would be long irons since my strike is less consistent there. I am looking forward to playing and competing my last year of high school as well as in the area summer leagues. My GHIN, I believe will improve tremendously this summer as I have gained 4 inches in height and 15 pounds this past year as well as recently being fitted for top-tier clubs--getting far greater distances than a few months ago. My chipping and putting have always kept me up with older, stronger competitors and now I have the distance to keep up with the big dogs. At this time, my goal is to major in Finance or business. I strongly believe I can contribute to any golf team as there won't be anyone who works as hard as I do. I am a personable team player, highly motivated for success, and work extremely hard to reach the goals I set for myself academically and athletically. I strive to uphold the goals of being an Eagle Scout and have a solid faith.
