I have been playing golf competitively for 4 years now. My love for golf came as a surprise because I almost played baseball my freshman year but decided to pursue golf. I won’t lie at first I was terrible but soon figured out that the more I played, the better I got. I’ve now gotten into the more detailed aspects of golf like swing mechanics and how and where to place the ball. I’m playing and practicing every single day and I see improvements in my game as the year goes on. It’s been a fun ride so far and I can’t wait to see where the next step takes me. Although I will be attending northwest Missouri state for my freshman year, my recruitment is still open.

- I shot a 42-41 to shoot an 83 and get 14th in the tournament. Was not hitting the ball well off of the tee but was able to recover fairly well.

- Day one went solid with a 40 front nine and a 39 back to shoot a 79 the first day. Day two I was able to shoot a 38 front nine and a 40 back to shoot a 78 and tie for 6th place in the Missouri class 2 state championship and earn all-state recognition.

- Another pretty bad performance by me shooting an 86. This ties me for 11th and I was able to secure all-area recognition and advance to the state tournament.

- This tournament was not my best shooting a 91 but luckily tying for 11th and securing an all-district spot and advancing to sectionals.
