I was first introduced to the game of golf by my father at a young age. I can not remember when exactly I started playing the game because I was so young. I do remember that the start of my competitive golfing career was at the age of 10. Ever since then I have been playing competitive golf with a passion for the game and participating in as many tournaments as I can. I have been the number one player on two high school golf teams the first Cramerton Christian Academy 6th thru 8th grade year and the other at Gaston Christian high school my junior year. I have learned many of the assets to being a leader in my high school golf career. What I have always been told sets me apart from the other junior golfers is my dedication to practicing with a purpose. Anyone can go beat balls on the range for hours, but my coach and I are committed to getting the most out of every swing I make. Even though it is not as enjoyable for me I am willing to put the same work ethic into my schoolwork as i do my golf game. Some of my collegiate golf ideals are to go to a college where I am experienced enough to play in the tournaments all four years i attend school there, and also to take my golf game the the next level.
