Turner Fagundus '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Turner Fagundus, I am a senior attending JH Rose High School in NC.

Part of why I love to play sports is because I see the importance of sports and how they bring a community together. I have seen this through working for Greenville Parks and Recreation refereeing sports. I played basketball and baseball growing up and continued to play baseball at JH Rose High School until the end of my sophomore year. It was then that Covid hit and shut down all school athletics. This led me to take the brave step from baseball to begin an adventure with a new sport, golf. I'm so glad I did. Learning a little later than some of my peers pushes me to improve my game every day. I believe I have what I takes to play at the next level and look forward to the challenge. I am signed up to play in the Pinehurst Fall Junior Open at Pinehurst Resort & Country Club Nov. 6 and 7 and also playing in the TYGA Star Hill Junior Classic in Cape Carteret, NC on November 20-21, 2021. My scores will be posted in my profile after these events.
