Personal Statement
My name is Brett Hunter George, but I prefer to go by Hunter. I am 5'7" tall, and weigh around 145 lbs. I have an extremely fast swing speed for my size; I am known for my distance and ball striking abilities. I have maintained the number one spot on my high school golf team since I was a freshman. I have led my team to three straight state tournament apperances which ended up in a third, fourth, and fifth place finish. I placed in the top fifteen individually all three years as well. I won my first tournament as a freshman at the Weatherford Invitational with a score of 73. I try my hardest at everything I do, and am not afraid to put in the extra time. I am very efficiant at what I do, and I am a team player. I am open as to were I want to attend college. Somewhere close to home or warm would be nice, but it is not a priority. Neither is the size of the school. I plan to major in pharmacy. I love to play golf, and will do all I can to start playing as early as my freshman year.
