Am attending California University as a Freshman and made the Golf Varsity Golf squad. I am majoring in Business. I have been playing golf since I was 5 years old and have been receiving weekly golf instruction from a PGA Professional for 12 years. My game has steadily improved from an average score of 85 in 2011 (Freshman), to 80 in 2012 (Sophomore), 77 at the end of 2013 (Junior) and is now 74.
I have played competitive golf for three years and, since my Freshman year, have been on my AAA High School Varsity Team. (Our 2013 varsity record was 54 wins, 4 losses, and as a Junior, I played in all but two matches.) Since the Eighth Grade, I have played in 41 Golf tournaments, excluding the High School varsity events. Of those, I won first place in 17 tournaments.
During the 2014 season, I played in two International Jr. Golf Tour tournaments, five Northeast Jr. Golf Tour, and two Invitational Golf Tournaments. Additionally, I played Varsity Golf for my AAA High School. We played 66 teams and lost 2 matches. We won the Sectional Tournament and the the Regional Tournament. We played in the Pa. State Championship and came in sixth.
In addition to Golf, I have played Baseball, am a Class C Snow Boarder, and play forward on my High School Varsity Ice Hockey Team. I have averaged .9 goals per hockey game. Of note, our AAA 2014 Hockey Team placed second in our League.
