David Lopez '18 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is David Andrew Lopez, my parents are Bernardo Lopez, Jr. and Lucy Lopez, I have a younger sibling Cristian Anthony Lopez.  My goal is attend college to receive a degree in Pre-Med or Pharmacy.  My dream is to play collegiate golf and to one day reach the highest levels of golf by obtaining my PGA Tour card and play professionally.  My current scores are improving and I've only been playing for about 3 years.  I owe a lot to my Coach Robbie Garcia of Laredo, TX who has and continues to help me continue to improve my game.  I'm a team player and like to help motivate my teammates to do better and push their limits.  I feel I would be a great asset to any team. Golf is a big part of my life even though I haven't been playing long but I hope to continue playing golf and start playing golf at a higher level and the best way to do that is to compete with the best in the country. I may not have the most experience yet but I have to drive to not only compete at a high level but prepare to compete at a higher level.
