Personal Statement
I pride myself on being a team player above all else. On the offensive side, my enjoyment comes from turnovers from a great forecheck. My strength is creating scoring chances through offensive zone time and tape-to-tape passes setting up my teammates, but also burying it when chances are there. On turnovers, my focus is on backchecking to make that defensive play using the right angle to the puck to avoid shots on my goalie. At the end of the day, my only goal, every shift, is to impact the play in some form, creating turnovers, moving the puck, shooting the puck, or making a hit to make a play.
