I began playing hockey a few years ago. However I have worked extremely hard for the past few years to improve and pass my peers in hockey. The moment I started playing hockey, I knew that I wanted a backup plan after hockey and college hockey would be best suited for me. I also know that college hockey is a once in a lifetime opportunity and something that I will not throw away.
I use my hard work to earn respect on and off the ice from players and coaches. I am a very a very coach-able student-athlete on the ice and in the classroom. I guarantee that I will be one of the hardest working players you will find. I choose college hockey over Major Junior for hockey development and experience.
I also volunteer at Veit Goalie School once a week to help shoot on younger goaltenders and improve their skills. My work ethic continues with me in to the class room and I will continue to push myself harder than ever to improve my GPA. My future goals are to excel in Junior A hockey and continue to progress in school in order to earn an opportunity to play college hockey. I believe that with my passion and dedication towards this sport I will have a great chance at committing to a college. In the next few years I will do as much as I can and push my abilities more than ever to improve and excel both on and off the ice. I am open to all colleges and offers and I hope that I will be a great student-athlete in the future.
