Jacob Jimenez-Lopez '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jacob Jimenez-Lopez and I play 16uAA. My entire life I had to work for everything, I am not naturally gifted like some guys, I also don't have the resources to get these professional skills coach some of these guys do but I have worked my ass off for everything I have in the world of hockey. I never had a fancy stick handling coach so they way I have learned to dangle, protect, and control the puck as smooth and quickly as I do is my being in my garage putting on my roller blades and stick handling around chairs, cones, and other home made objects. Almost everything about my shooting I know is by watching players like Auston Matthews, Connor Bedard, and David Pasternak. I also have to give credit to Elite prospects, because I have watched every single one of their videos to figure out how this exceptional players do what they do. I have used hockey training and hockey training tv to help with my skating (which has improved by so much over the past year) and when I go to the gym. My whole entire hockey career I have worked so hard and I will never stop working.
