Personal Statement
My name is Tomer Ramot, I have been playing hockey for 12 years now and my #1 goal is to play division 1 hockey in the NCAA. There are many players out there that good in many aspects of the game, but the thing most of them are missing is a specific niche that allows them to stand out. For me, my niche is my speed. In all the years I’ve played, I’ve always been the fastest guy on the ice. My speed is something that very few players can match and that’s what makes me great. On the ice I may not be the top scorer, but if I’m out there, I can guarantee to always be the first one on the puck and create scoring chances on each shift. I play really well in the defensive zone, and I can kill penalties like no other. Another advantage I have is my academics. I’ve been receiving almost all A’s throughout high school, giving me above a 4.0, which is something most players don’t have. Whichever team I play for, I can guarantee my full effort and work ethic each and everyday, which is why I would be a good fit to play in the NCAA in the future.
