Personal Statement
I always aspire to have the hardest work ethic, no matter what I am doing. Playing Tier 1 hockey has always taught me a lot, and the addition of Prep School hockey this year has helped bring new dimensions to my game. I love the competitiveness, and pace of 18U games which drives me to improve my skillset in every way possible. I feel having a late 06 birthdate has really helped my game. Even when I was younger, the older and stronger players always gave me something to look up to and challenge. I continue to learn from and use those skills daily.
I also strive to become the best off the ice. I maintain very good grades, and I am always pushing my limits at the gym. Being a freshman at St. Mary's Prep High School has helped develop my path to both college sports and academics. I have daily training on and off the ice and take several honors classes.
Lastly, I strive to be a leader. I love to help my teammates develop as players as well. It is very important to me to help guide the people I am around on the right path, to better themselves.
