Personal Statement
I am a March 2000 goalie from California playing for the Boston Bandits in the USPHL-Premier level. I have been playing Hockey since I was 8 years old when I was started as skater. I became a goalie at the age of 10 when one day we had a game and our goalie wasn't there. I volunteered and strapped on a pear of leg pads and played a great game even though I never played the position before. Since then I have been inspired to play at the highest competitive level there is, and I am up for the challenge.
School has always been a priority to me. But when I'm done with my studies I love playing street hockey with my old teammates, and hanging out at the beach for bonfires.
I love developing and teaching younger goalies the proper positioning and technique when in net. If a coach needs me at his practice, skills, or even a game, I am there because any ice time that I can get will bring me closer to the next level.
What makes me different from other players and goalies is that I have learned how lucky I am to play such an amazing sport that's like no other. For that reason, I will put in the commitment, the effort, and the sacrifice to and for my teammates. Hockey is competitive and nobody is ever going out-work me on or off the ice. I have the passion that will drive me to the top of my game.
