After 3 years of attending boarding school and playing U18 AAA, U16 AAA and Prep at the Fountain Valley School of Colorado, I looked elsewhere for somewhere where I could be getting the mix of hockey and academics that I have been pursuing since I was in eighth grade. This lead me to Tahoe Prep Hockey Academy, where I will be spending the 2021-22 Season in the Tier 1 NAPHL Western Division. Because of the 3, and soon to be 4 years I will have spent living away from home in Dorms, playing AAA hockey, I feel more equipped with self discipline, grit, and maturity to play at whatever level I find myself at.
WhIle playing high level hockey around the U.S. these past few years, I believe I have learned the true values of dedication, commitment, teamwork, and the sacrifice being a student-athlete takes. I have come to learn and love putting in the hours outside of what is required. My goals are to play the most competitive junior hockey I can, and to play competitive college hockey. I would love to find a program that can both be a good fit for me athletically, as well as academically.
