Personal Statement
Leaving my High School team after a very successful freshman year to play AAA Hockey wasn't easy for me but it has proven to be the most important decision I have made so far on the road achieving my goal of playing competitive college hockey. Playing in the USPHL has allowed me to not only develop so much more as a player it has also opened up opportunities that I would never have seen had I continued playing for my High School.
I have also learned that the grind of playing AAA hockey can be grueling at times, especially when the team is not playing at its best. My only solution to the grind is to dig down deep and work even harder. The reward then becomes so sweet and all of the hard work and sacrifice now seems almost effortless. I am a passionate player that will leave it all out on the ice. I am a person of few words, a dedicated player who values the relationships of his teammates and who leads by example.
