Ryan Kranicki '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ryan Kranicki and I’m currently playing on U18 AAA Team Illinois.  I have always played center/forward position, but with my versatility I am now playing defense.   I‘m a graduate of Willowbrook HS  class of 2022. I currently live in Villa Park, Illinois. I have been in love with the game of hockey from the first time I stepped foot on the ice.  I started skating at the age of 5 and was on my first mighty mites team with the Admirals Hockey Club. I continued to play with the Admirals all the way, until I reached my Bantam level. Thats when I decided to play for the Chicago Bruins Hockey Club. When I entered High School was when I was on the AWFM Renegades Junior Varsity team. During that time I was nominated and honored to play in the 2018-2019 All Star game.  My Sophomore year I was picked to be on the Varsity team, which went on to win the Hayes Suburban Cup.  During my Junior  and Senior year  I double rostered with AWFM Renegades and Chicago Bruins Central States.  I lead the Hayes Suburban league with total points, won a 2nd Hayes Suburban Cup and was placed on the first lines for both the Bruins and Renegades.  In October 2021 I was honored to have a featured interview for AHAI regarding my hockey career with Renegades.
