My Name Is Jordan Sheppard. I graduated from Scarborough High School in the spring of 2023. I will be attending Bridgton Academy for a post graduate year for the 23-24 season and will be playing hockey for them while furthering my education. My goal is to play junior hockey and play either NCAA Division 1 or NCAA Division 3.
In November of 2021 I lost my mom, she was my biggest fan. She and my dad put countless hours and miles in the car taking me where ever I needed to be whether is was to our schools local outdoor rink during covid so I could keep skating or if was all the way to Prague CZ to play for Jeff Serowik and Pro Ambitions in the Challenger Cup Tournament one or both of them where there.
I believe in putting in hard work and continuing to push my limits will pay off. Another thing I think makes me stand out is my parents bestowed a sense of volunteering at a young age, We did and still do foster dogs from New England Brittany Rescue. I also volunteer at Atlantic Coast Hockey in their learn to skate program and in their weekly hockey camps in the summer. I also have been the mystery reader at Eight Corners School in Mrs. Deterding’s second grade class.
My coaches have described me as a coachable player that takes directions well and I learn from my mistakes.I am also willing to do what it takes to help the team succeed. My coaches have said that I am an edgy player that plays on the edge and rarely go over it. Also that I can be your go to player in key moments on the ice. I have a strong sense of team pride and understand that you give 100% effort for the name on front of your jersey and the other boys wearing them as well. I also believe that I need to give 100% effort to the name on the back as a thank you for everything they have sacrificed to help me get to where I am today.

- The club went 41-4-3 for 2019/2020 season. We came in first place in our AA division in the VHL for the 2019-2020 season. Due to the low placement of our team in the first 12 weeks our coach did not add those points into our total for the season. He felt and we agreed it would inflate our numbers and give an inaccurate preview of our abilities
