I have been playing travel hockey since I was seven years old. I have been on a AAA team since I was eight. I currently play JV hockey for my high school. My goal is to play Division I collegiate hockey. I know that playing college hockey is an incredible honor and could change my whole life. This is something I will not take lightly or for granted.
I have been a captain of my AAA team for the last five years and take pride in leading by example while always encouraging my teammates. My coaches describe me as very coachable and I strive to be the hardest working player in practices and games. I will be one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
I also have played lacrosse the past 6 years and will be trying out for the varsity team at my school this spring.
In the classroom, I maintain a 4.0 GPA while taking some advance courses to challenge me academically. I work just as hard in the classroom as I do on the ice. My goal in school is to try to learn something new every day.
I want to attend a college where I will push myself to earn a college degree and compete at a championship level on the ice. I am open to all options and my ultimately goal is to find the right college that allows me to graduate with knowledge necessary to be successful in life while playing the sport I love. I hope to become a well-rounded individual that will make my peers and parents proud.
