Ever since I first starting skating at two years old, I knew I belonged on the ice. I grew up watching NHL Network every morning before school and becoming fascinated with how fast and skilled every player was. I wanted to be just like them. Whether it was watching the game on TV or in person at Providence College hockey games in person for many years, I saw how they played and moved across the ice. When I was younger I realized what great peripheral vision I had and used it to my advantage. I worked on this and developed great vision on the ice from a young age. As I played at a higher and higher level, my vision only helped me more. I was able to make plays faster and comprehend everything faster. With that, I became a great passer, always finding holes to get the puck through and envisioning and anticipating where my teammates would move to get them the puck. Along with my playmaking abilities, I am a really good skater and have good size standing a little above 6'1. I've been told many times that I have a great shot as well, and with my size, skating, vision and playmaking, I can be a difference maker out on the ice. I aspire to play college hockey one day, whatever level that may be, with the right fit, and I want to work and get there one day. Aside from hockey, I am a great student hope to one day study business in college. I love the game of hockey and I want to keep playing it as long as I can.
