Persistence, integrity and grit are key in order to be successful. I work hard consistently both on and off the ice. Hockey is my life. I fell in love the very first time I put on skates at age 1. I learned at an early age that it wasn't enough to just show up. I push myself in every aspect of my life. I maintained a GPA of 3.3 while playing three sports and on multiple hockey teams.
After my Junior year of high school I challenged myself to go to North Field Mount Hermon school to push my limits and have more competition, both academically and athletically . My hometown high school is a small school in rural upstate NY, we made it to the final 4 in the NYSPHSAA (New York State High school) ice hockey championships in 2017. My ultimate goal is to make it into the USHL and to play Division I college hockey.
Consistent daily efforts to strive to be a better athlete, student and person have given me amazing opportunities and I will continue to work for these things. I am grateful for my family and the gifts I have been given, my efforts in life are a reflection of this. I know that it's not going to be easy but if I keep striving in the classroom and on the ice, it will pay off and I will be successful and live my dream of playing competitive college hockey.
