From a young age I have had my sights set on playing college hockey. I began my travel hockey career with my local team the Toledo Cherokee at age 8. I spent my first several years of travel hockey playing there. Last year I played for AAA in the michigan area for Victory Honda. I feel that AAA hockey has tested my love and dedication for the game. It has pushed me to higher and higher levels. AAA hockey has taught me how to be a leader also how push myself to attain goals. The love I have for the game of hockey is what really drives me. I now play for the Toledo Cherokee Junior A team in the USPHL. From a young age before I could even talk I’d choose a hockey game over a cartoon, Or a hockey stick over a toy. I have been fortunate enough to have a successful hockey career up to this point. I’ve played in the National Tournament, OHL Cup, Belle Cup and, the Chowder Cup. I was selected to the Mid AM select 15 camp, won mvp at international Silver Sticks, And player of the game at Nationals. I go to Bedford High School in Temperance Michigan. I graduate in 2021. I have a 3.4 GPA going into my junior year. Playing such an extensive schedule I have learned to balance school and hockey well. What makes me different from others is my passion and drive I’ve had many obstacles to overcome just to get an opportunity to play. Being able to overcome those obstacles has really made me love hockey and taught me to play every minute like it's my last because I never really know when it could be my last. I respect every coach, teacher, trainer, etc. that I have because they have all helped me get to where I am. I hope to attend a college where I can play the game I love and leave my mark as not only a great hockey player but a great person and student.
