Jacob Young '14 Recruiting Profile

HI, My name is Jacob Young,  I am a Sophmore at Fox High School. My GPA is a 3.7, in the 8th grade I was in the National Honor Society and All through highschool i have been on the Honor Roll. I Am 5'10" and i weigh 152 pounds. In the 6th grade I competed in the Frozen Four in St. Louis, Missouri for the Skills Competition. I competed in Fastest Skater and placed 4th out of 50 kids. I also competed in hardest shot and finished 17th out of 50 kids. In the 7th grade I won MVP of our select Tournement in Indianapolis, in 4 games i finished with 5 goals and 3 assists, my team won the tournement. On a team I offer hard work, leadership, consistency, flexibility, 9th grade year i was assistant captain, I also bring 100% of effort every time i step onto the ice. It is my dream to play college hockey and hopefully make it to the big time somewhere. I am interested in a bigger school with a good housing situation, and a good hockey program , a very good academic program with good teachers. I am looking into getting a scholarship to somewhere . My desired major is in accounting and buisness management. My goals in life are to play hockey at the university i go to all 4 years, have a successful life, have a great job, and have a great family, i want to play the highest hockey i can make.
