My goal is to play in the NCAA, and to play junior hockey to prepare me for the college level of hockey. I plan to study business or law in college.
I am determined, dedicated, hard-working and driven to succeed. This drive made me an honor roll student, and a great hockey player, who played at a Tier 1 AAA and varsity level and was an Assistant Captain in my senior year.
I am committed to learning and growing, both, on and off the ice. I continue to enhance my skills, by playing ice hockey year-round, attending hockey clinics, camps and tournaments, and working on my stamina and endurance.
I’ve had the opportunity to play for a variety of coaches and teams, and appreciated, listened to, and incorporated all of their feedback, to become a better player. Coaches see me as a speedy, two-way forward, with great split vision, who makes smart plays, has great energy; a playmaker and a finisher; a good skater who makes the players around him better.
I have played ice hockey for over 7 years now. My game has developed every day of those 7 years. Some important aspects of my game, on and off the ice, include making accurate passes, getting low and winning my faceoffs, reading the plays before they develop, shooting the puck/getting it to the net, taking the body, backchecking hard, and being vocal throughout the ice.
I have a strong passion for the game, and I am determined to be better every day. I motivate my teammates constantly, either in the gym, locker room, or on the ice. Playing with some great players on and off my team has also helped my development. I have good time management skills and can balance my academics and hockey grind. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get to the next level!
