Connor Polidoro '27 Recruiting Profile

I am Connor Polidoro, a highly competitive and passionate hockey goalie who loves the adrenaline rush that comes with the speed of the puck.  I play for the Ramapo Saints 15U AAA Team.  As a goaltender I am extremely consistent, technical and fundamentally sound. I am calm and fluid in the net and, as the last line of defense I can keep even an underdog team in the game.  I thrive on the intensity of highly competitive play, and have excellent results especially in high impact, high speed situations.  I have great drive and have been called an impact player by my coaches.   I am extremely coachable, quick to bond with the players on my team and bring a strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal and leadership skills both on and off the ice. 

In college I plan to study Sports Management and Finance.  I am looking for a school with an excellent professional network, and career planning and placement statistics to back that up.  My goal is to be able to make contacts through the college for summer internships in my fields of interest, and eventually have offers to help me launch my life in the work arena–be that as a professional hockey player or in the hockey world in general.  I hope to start a hockey program or coach once my own playing career has ended. I want to inspire young people to achieve their personal best in life through the world of hockey, the love of the game, and to help them learn what it takes to make it.
