I hope you and your families are staying safe during these difficult and unprecedented times. We all, as a community and as individuals, need to be able not only to stay strong but also to uplift others and encourage them to persevere as well. I can say with confidence that I fit these exact criteria on the ice. I am able to encourage players to keep fighting and to use every ounce of energy on the ice. I consider a team to be a family, one that stays together through thick and thin. One that even in situations where defeat seems inevitable they hunker down and battle anyways. They stand and play for each other rather than themselves. I carry this energy and stand by these words wherever I go. This I feel is my strongest intangible quality. As for tangible qualities, I am a physical Left-handed defenseman with offensive and defensive abilities. I am a fast skater which allows me to become a fourth forward at times and engage in an offensive play. I find success in skating the puck out of the defensive zone while also being able to get back to defense to avoid getting behind the play. I am also able to find open players and get the puck to them. Whether that be them coming out of the penalty box or on the other side of the net open for a cross-crease. Ultimately, I believe that I bring a 6ykcertain intensity to the game by being physical and pressuring the defense by engaging in the offense.
Thank you for your time and stay safe,
