Personal Statement
Buissness has always been an intrest of mine and majoring in buissness has always been a goal. I've always aspired to do the best I can and try to be close to if not, the top of my class. Education has always been very high priority in the lives of my family and myself. I have learned to balance academics and athletics very well through my expierences in both fields. My academics have always been put before sports and I believe that has helped me succeed in my education.
Ever since I was young, hockey has been one of the main components in my life. My goal has always been to improve on my weaknesses and be the best player I can be. Playing on multiple teams on multiple levels has made me knowledgable about the diffrences between the styles of play and personalities of players. These diffrences have made a key contribution to the way I play the game. Being able to adjust and able to learn from others has made me flexible and able to be coached well. My character can be summed in one word, unique. I have been known as a very bold person and that has helped me succeed in being able to show leadership in certain situations. I am an extrovert and am easily adaptable to people and situations that I have been paired with. My style of play is unique at best, with my playmaking abilities standing out more than anything. One thing I have learned for sure is that going to the net and being aggressive helps you succeed. My net front presence has been something I have worked on throughout my career and I take pride in my ability of battiling for position.
