I have been on skates since the age of 2, and knew at an early age I wanted to play college hockey. As a college student, I want to strive to excel academically, as well as athletically. My parents taught me that education is key, and supersedes athletic achievement. I feel that I am wiser, and more mature, than most of the individuals my age, and have always been able to easily engage in conversations and discussions with adults. I place my trust in God and always want to honor Him with the abilities He allowed me have and develop. My father and coaches have always taught me to always give my very best effort and to always put team goals ahead of invidious glory.
