Dylan Bauman '21 Recruiting Profile

My first interest in hockey was watching the 2010 Winter Olympics. The gold medal game between USA and Canada captured my interest and made me want to play hockey.  From that day forward I started to go to the nearest ice rink 30 minutes away at every chance to learn to skate so I would be ready to play hockey the following fall.  I made that DELAWARE Stars team and have loved the sport of hockey since.  

While there have been many ups and downs over the years these experiences have helped me grow as a person, student and athlete. Making Nationals on a U16AA team as a first year midget has been one of the biggest moments of my youth hockey career and one I hope to achieve again this year.   I am motivated to be even better this year in school and to make the most of my opportunities this season in AAA hockey and High School Lacrosse. 

I look forward to building on the foundation I have begun by bringing my work ethic, strong sense of commitment to my team and ability to grow through constructive feedback to the junior and collegiate levels.
