My name is Graydon White and I am a 17 year old hockey player that currently attends St. Michaels college school. During my 3 years at the school I have been apart of the hockey, and track team. While competing in track, I was fortunate enough to make it to OFSAA in the 400m. In addition to this, next year I will be playing hockey for the Milton Menace a junior hockey team playing out of the OJHL. Over the last year I have been unable to play hockey due to COVID restrictions in Ontario. Though, I have taken this chance to better myself athletically, as well as academically. During the year away I grew to 6'3, and put on 20 pounds of muscle, while putting in hours upon hours on the ice.
While I am extremely determined to play hockey at the next level, I am also very academically driven. During my time at St. Michaels I have achieved honor roll both years, while maintaining a 90 average. I have also developed interest in business and math.
If I were to describe myself as a hockey player I’d say that I’m a shifty power forward that can play in all situations. Though, my extreme work ethic, and determination are what’s going to help me play hockey at the next level while receiving on excellent education. In conclusion, no matter where I end up playing I am confident that I can make an impact in the class room and on the ice.
