I fell in love with the sport of hockey when I was gifted a hockey stick by my father at the age of two. Little did I know at that age, that gift would impact the rest of my life. I never knew how valuable the lessons the sport taught me could be. Like how to work with others, how to be a leader, and how to live a healthy lifestyle while having fun. I never knew how many life long friends I would make. Looking back that was definitely the best gift I have ever received, and I would not give the world for it. To me hockey is more than a game, and being able to play it for the last six years has brought many great memories. For my high school varsity team we won the division championship my freshman year, and the last two years we have made it to the state finals coming up just shy of a state championship. This year, my senior year, I hope to win a state championship for the first time in my school's history and continue to do well in school. I hope to attend college and play hockey at the next level. I believe with the valuable lessons I have learned, my work ethic, and the experiences I have had, I can be a great fit for your program.
