To play the game of Hockey is an honor and privilege and I do not take it for granted.
I know I have the ability to play at the Junior and Collegiate level, and beyond given my mental strength, approach to the game, approach in being a goaltender, and aspiring to get better every time I am on and off the ice.
My season playing for the Philadelphia Little Flyers 18 AAA and Malvern Prep Varsity team has concluded for 2021-2022.
I attend Malvern Prep because of the School’s rich history of its academics and diversity to participate in many activities. It allows me to challenge myself in the academic environment in a Family type atmosphere which is up most important to me.
Besides Family, academics and hockey are most important to me. I have strong Family values and these values are the true core that makes me the person and hockey player that I am. I believe these values truly separate me from others. I incorporate these values in hockey with commitment, believing in myself and my teammates, trust, willing to listen and learn from coaches, as well supporting and helping my teammates on and off the ice.
College will allow me to become the best version of myself which will lead me to be an all around student, a better hockey player, and skill sets to be successful
For hockey, I always look at the big picture to where I want to be as a goaltender and I continue to work on the little things at my position. As a goaltender, I have the mental and physical skills to play at the Junior and Collegiate level. I am neutral in my emotions meaning that I don’t let a bad game or loss affect me, and with a win, I keep moving forward to improve at my position.
As a goaltender, I pride myself in the ability to handle and play the puck in all game situations to help my team. I really enjoy this aspect of my game.
I lead by example with passion for the game, my mental and physical approach as a goaltender, being a student of the position and game, but above all being a team player.
