To whom it may concern,
My name is Cody Skelton, I am an 07 Defenseman, for the 2022/2023 season I have been moved to Center, I have played at the A/AA level and been invited to sub on AAA teams.
My goal is to play hockey as long as I can and at the highest level I can, I am aware that Hockey will not last forever so i would like to pursue a degree/career in one of my favorite topics of science, Astronomy or Robotics.
I am a team player, this article is the most you will ever hear me say “I or me”. I have been working on my 2 way game and my speed, I feel I am an extremely coachable athlete and would love to work with a team that puts as much effort into me as I do to them. My work ethic, dedication to my team and positive attitude are a few things that set me apart from my peers. I can bring a big physical and most of all intelligent presence to your blue line. I pride myself on making clean hard breakout passes and protecting my goalie and team like I would my own mother.
I would love the opportunity to discuss what I can do to better your organization as well as what your organization can do to prepare me for the next level in Hockey and in life.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
