Hello, my name is Danny Kurchena and I am A 4 sport varsity athlete in my hometown of Rutland. I play hockey, soccer, baseball and swim team and hockey is my most focused sport. I am a junior in high school and I plan to go to college but as my high school career days count down, I'm not ready to give up hockey. Hockey is my favorite sport because of the quickness and the intensity. I made varsity hockey my freshman year and have played every season since, in the fall I play for a club team called black ice. I am fully aware that college or juniors hockey is not the same as high school hockey and that's what makes it fun and interesting. Its going to take commitment and dedication. I am a different from other people because of my desire and passion of the game, any chance I get to get on the ice, I take it. If I can't do something the right way, ill work on it until I get it and I work on it on my own time. My character is very simple, easy out going with a sense of humor person.
