Playing college hockey has always been something I was looking forward to. I consider myself a student-athlete since both academics and hockey are important to me and complement each other.I want to study medicine and become a doctor; I want to play college hockey and become a better hockey player. Together, these will most importantly make me a better person.
In hockey, I am a confident leader that loves to score goals and can be used in every situation on the ice, which makes me someone who is hard to play against. I always give my 100% every time I get on the ice, because I know every practice and game matter. I am someone who pays a lot of attention to littles details and that can play as a winger or a center.
An excellent student , I am someone that takes everything really seriously, from homework to tests. Going to school and learning about different subjects has always been things I look forward to, especially everything related to biology and sciences. Since my youngest age, sciences have been part of my life, and I really hope to continue learning about life and our world in the future and eventually become a physician.
As an international student, leaving Québec to go study down south and play hockey is pretty unusual for hockey players. However, I have known for many years that it represents the path I want to take, as it will help me conciliate for many years two of my biggest passions: learning and playing hockey.
