Leopold Studier '23 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coach, Gm, Director, Whoever is receiving this email. My name is Leopold Studier, I'm headed into my senior season with the Janesville bluebirds (high school) in southern wisconsin. I'm a 5 foot 9, 152 pound defensemen. I'm a pass first player, always have been, I'm good at finding the open man and getting the rush going If I can't I'm a fast skater I can get the puck in the O-zone 10 times outta 10, I've got a great sense of the game, and I can play any position on the ice and i'll play it well. my team didn't track last year but i had a +/- of +22, I haven't put up crazy amounts of points, and I don't have great stats from high school, I started first line wing my freshman year on a not very good team, (Milton, HS) I lost my sophomore year and part of my junior year due to transferring, when i was set to play I moved around on pretty much every line we had on our team for the first half of my season, I found myself on defense after one of our starters went down with a wrist injury, found out that I was good fit on defense and stayed there the rest of the year, I earned a starting spot and plan on staying there for my entire senior season. I've put in the work and I will continue to put in the work to play at the next level. I'm determined to play at the junior and then college level and I will do anything and everything in my power to make that a reality. All I'm after is for someone to take a look at me. I will take any opportunity I get to continue playing this game, Just looking for someone to give me a shot to do that.
