I think one of the biggest reasons I play Lacrosse is because of my teammates. I think it is important to have a good team, as you can all grow and learn from each other. I think another big reason why I want to continue this sport going forward are the values and life skills it promotes. Values such as respect and hard work are very important in this game and they translate to life very well.
One of the reasons a coach might want me on their team is my ability to adapt and learn quickly. This is a very good trait that I believe that I have and that I hope my coaches appreciate. Not only am I a devoted lacrosse player, but I am a good student and having a balance is important to me. I think one of my most admirable traits is my work ethic and dedication to the sport, and I hope coaches value my hard work and discipline.
One goal I personally have is to continue to be a good student athlete and be as well rounded as possible. I hope to remain a good student and follow my passions. Another goal I have is to use lacrosse as a tool for continuous growth to improve myself. I am looking forward to following my passions and accomplishing these goals.
