Personal Statement
My parents always tell me that I can not expect exceptional results from average effort. This is the primary reason I would be a good addition to your team. I work hard in the classroom, in the gym and on the field. I am always pushing myself beyond what is expected to constantly make myself better such as early morning speed and agility sessions or extra study sessions with my teachers. Both of my parents played a sport in college and then professionally so I am very cognizant of the work it takes to be my best.
My professional goal is to become an architect. Besides lacrosse, I love to draw and study the design of buildings etc.
I am different from most student-athletes in that I have lived on a boarding school campus for most of my life. Sports and academics have taught me to manage my time and priorities to ensure my success in the classroom and on the field.
