Carson Carroll '25 Recruiting Profile

My five years of playing attack before switching to goalie provides me with a unique blend of stick skills, quickness and understanding of shot placement. For the past two years, I have trained daily, with professional coaches and on my own, to improve and perfect my goalie technique. There may be goalies out there with more experience, but there are no goalies out there with better work ethic, more drive or expectation of greatness. 

My love of the game, desire to improve every day and learn form coaches and knowledgeable players are the things that push me to work hard every day.  My motto is "you are who you are when no one is looking."  Practicing, watching tape, learning the position and understanding your opponents tendencies are keys to success...things that occur when "no one is really watching."

At the end of the day, success results from talent, attitude and work ethic. Good players have raw talent...better players have a winning attitude and unmatched work ethic...great players make teammates better while leading by example.
