My work ethic is a motivator and my talent is a responsibility. Because I had nothing to do with acquiring it, I am compelled to achieve every last bit I can with it by working hard each day. I can focus on the goal while I accomplish the steps. I had become used to thinking of victory as a goal rather than what it is: a process. To get it, you have to live to your absolute potential. I can only give it my best, I grind, I accept my successes and learn from my failures. I grow each time I step on the field whether it be a game or a practice and I push hard. I respect my peers and my coaches. I am a leader on and off the field. I am the gentle giant that packs a hard hit but will shake your hand because I respect you and the game.
